2. Service description

FatGPS provides a phone locator utility and editorial content about GPS technology. The tool works on best-effort basis and does not guarantee a successful lookup for every number. No live surveillance of the target device is performed.

3. Acceptable use

You may only look up numbers you have a legal right to locate, your own devices, devices of family members who consented, lost or stolen phones you own. You may not use the service to stalk, harass, or track a person without consent. See our privacy policy and local laws for details.

4. No warranty

The service is provided "as is". We make no guarantees about accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Reviews and guides on the site reflect our opinion at the time of publication and may become outdated.

5. Affiliate disclosure

6. Limitation of liability

FatGPS, its operators and contributors are not liable for damages arising from use of the site, including but not limited to loss of data, financial loss or indirect damages. Your sole remedy is to stop using the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction. Disputes are resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
